Joy

Is that what's missing

When you stop

And think about it?

You can be grateful

In touch with how blessed you are

family

friends

meaningful work

opportunities to learn and grow

But joy can be more elusive

You can squeeze meaning

Out of each experience

but joy requires

much less work

In fact

it requires

no work at all

And maybe that's

what's missing
